After installation is done, you will see,

At this point, Google Web Accelerator works by itself…
…you don't have to do anything except sit back and enjoy the speedier web browsing. Here, however, are some things you should know about as you get started.

Near the top of your browser…
… a toolbar with a speedometer icon shows you how much time Google Web Accelerator has saved you. You should also see the speedometer in your system tray in the lower right corner of your screen.

If you don't see the Google Web Accelerator icon in your browser window…
…try right-clicking on a toolbar and making sure that "Google Web Accelerator" is checked. If it is, but the Google Web Accelerator toolbar still doesn't appear, uncheck and re-check "Google Web Accelerator".
